Erica Greene
ESCROW OFFICER/CLOSER, LICENSED TITLE AGENT
In 2003, she found her way into the title industry. Erica is a licensed title agent and says “There is no better feeling or gratitude then seeing someone close on their very first home.” Erica loves to help anyone that crosses her path.
Melanie Loukes
ASSISTANT ESCROW OFFICER / PROCESSOR
After the real estate market crash she shifted into the title industry in 2010 and found her niche. Finding a passion for research and problem solving, title has been a perfect fit. She has extensive experience in REO and probate transactions as well as refinance and residential transactions.
Michelle Twomey
Title Processor/Assistant Escrow Officer
Tampa native who has been in the title industry since 2016. Known for attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence, Michelle navigates the complexities of real estate transactions with ease, offering peace of mind to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders alike.

Amy Moran
ESCROW OFFICER/LICENSED TITLE AGENT
From dealing with regular sales transactions, to short sales, to closings affiliated with tax deed properties where a quiet title action is required, Amy has experienced it all. She understands that every transaction is different and is great at dealing with the complexities that come up in real estate closings.
Rachel Perez
Title Agent/Escrow Officer
Rachel has almost 20 years’ experience and provides first-rate customer service to the agents, buyers and sellers in Florida. As the central point of contact between all parties involved in a real estate transaction, communication is key. She can also conduct closings for Spanish-speaking clients whenever necessary.

Phil works with all facets of the business including Accounting, HR, IT and Operations for both LUXE Title Services and Smith & Associates Real Estate.
Tyler Marrin
Director Of Marketing
Tyler serves as the marketing director for Smith & Associates Real Estate and LUXE Title Services where he specializes in marketing strategy, campaign execution, lead generation, and web systems development.

System Administrator
Andrew’s mission at LUXE Title Services is to provide his staff with the best Information & Technology solutions that he can. Creating innovative work from generating net sheets on a whim and streamlining process for the LUXE Team.
