Melanie Loukes

Melanie is a third generation Tampa native. She began her career in Real Estate on the mortgage lending side, working for a Canadian bank in the U.S., assisting in cross-border financing. After the real estate market crash she shifted into the title industry in 2010 and found her niche. Finding a passion for research and problem solving, title has been a perfect fit. She has extensive experience in REO and probate transactions as well as refinance and residential transactions.
She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband.
