Amy Moran

A native of Ohio, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate closing process.  Amy began her career in the title insurance industry after graduating from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2001.  She relocated to the Tampa Bay area in the summer of 2003, where she spent nine years working for a South Tampa real estate attorney.  During this time, she gained comprehensive experience in the closing process from beginning to end. With expertise ranging from standard sales and short sales to complex closings involving tax deed properties and quiet title actions, Amy understands that every transaction is unique and excels at managing complex situations. Since 2003, she has enjoyed life in the Tampa Bay area with her family and spends her free time at the beach and attending sporting events.
